Looking for that quick and easy snack for game day, after school or as a side? This is it!
Using a good cream cheese and homemade Modern Steader Mayo as the base, this dip is super creamy. Round that out with a great combination of grated cheeses and you can’t go wrong. But the real star of this one becomes the marinated piquillo peppers. They’re sweet with just a hint of heat that goes really well with the cheeses. Being roasted and marinated peppers the texture blends into the dip seamlessly. The only thing you’ll have to decide is what it goes better on…chips, crackers or fresh baked bread. Hungry yet?
Be warned: Your students will be asking to make this one over and over again. Its sweet, mild, creamy flavor is addictive. Have the students experiment with this recipe by swapping different peppers.
