Teach the Teacher
Today people want their food to be sourced locally and grown organically. Although the definition of organic varies from produce to processed products, the fact remains that people are interested in where their food is coming from and what goes into it.
Should hydroponically grown produce be considered organic if all inputs used to grow it are organic? Make the argument for and against it. Break into teams and debate either side in an open class forum.
